Warrior General Games

I have 2 CBs that each have an available piece of AE:
1. Intercept chance +2%
2. Catch ball chance +2%

Do you think "Catch ball" would work like "Intercept" for a CB?

From what I've read elsewhere, catch ball works for a CB, but slightly different than intercept chance.
