I have a level 21 Free Safety (w/ce) with all three of my boost left. If I am not mistaken, this means I can join a level 21 capped team in the offseason, then boost to 24. Here is what I need.

A capped lvl 21 Team. We finished 2nd in our conference, we have a great core group of guys we are looking to improve our roster. We have several areas of need and all our positions are open, if your build is better you will play . We have a very active forum where everyone is encouraged to participate. The moneys fine , we are an active team with great participation. 1 seasons fine. Our game plan is to win reguardless what it takes, I'm not being a smart ass but ever game is different so I really can't give a very detailed game plan we don't blitz the cover but we might blitz everybody elsa. I really don't make deals that involve a starting positions. Oh and I don't tell them one thing and do something elsa.

Yes then we certainly do change tactics from game to game.

We got a great squad that has a definite need at FS with our starter going back to his own team. Even if you may be a little outlevled in our league... your build is very much impressive enough for us to let you become our starter from day 1.

With the boosts and the Lv. 24 EQ that we will completely fund, you'll certainly be more than ready to go for us.

As the DC, I've built successful defenses wherever I've been and I certainly formulate very detailed gameplans based on my scouting.

Hey Ken, I mean gameplans for each opponent during the season... I like teams that post the preferred tactics for each game, and that sort of stuff. You don't have to post a gameplan here.

*Level 24 Money - Done, after ticket sales come through
*Starting Position - Not a prob. Best player/build starts. Logan would start.
*Active Team - Wouldn't have it any other way
*Detailed Gameplans - Tactics posted for each game and game plans are ALWAYS open for discussion by everyone. 2 heads are better than 1, 3 heads are better than 2...We run an open forum and enjoy contributions from everyone.
*1 Season Contracts - I can arrange that if it brings you over.

Spots open to be our #1 FS, but like I said we're a team building toward the future, every player is slowbuilt with great plans, but we don't expect a winning season until season 8, as with any properly done slowbuild team.

It's funny how many people PM you even though you specifically tell them you will not consider their team if they do. I mean, it's different if it's someone you were already friends with (raidr30), but when a complete stranger does it, you just want to *facepalm*....
