Right now I have a +7 agility +3 Tunnel Vision piece I am using, I was wondering if anyone has anything better

nope that is a good piece

I do not think it is possible to have better than that...

Blitz SA maybe might be better since it works every time

I have a piece of super vision for my DE that i recently rolled.

I think TV is better than Blitz...because TV is already a DE SA...thus when you get +4 in Tunnel Vision using AE and another +1 from Custom you save a ton of SPs by just spending 9 SPs to take TV to 10. That +4 is worth 16 SPs.
