If so, how is it working out for you?

My guy has it w/ equipment and works well. Few drops and the QB seems to have the confidence to throw to him when he's covered.

My WR Cherry Sweets has over 70 with EQ, only 1 drop this season. Looks like it's working to me.

I once saw a TE with 80+ catching (with equip)
Can't remember the name, or where I saw the link, but yes, there is.

I'm considering it with the vet abilities, it would allow me to keep my speed and slide some EQ over to catching.

Incorrect. You cannot have "too much" of anything...

Only if your other attributes suffer because of it.
For instance, if I had 90 stamina (as an extreme example) at level 20...

Well then I suppose my argument would have to be that a WR cannot have too much catching.

Uhhhh why? Catching shouldn't be one of a Wide receiver's primary attributes?

Crap I totally forgot that Tackling is one of an Offensive Tackle's primart attributes!

Do you see how his statement made sense though, because WRs actually catch the ball, but OT's don't make tackles?

Yeah you sure got me there!

My point is a WRs job is to first, get open, and 2nd make the CATCH. Most people get catching to the soft cap at most, then just ignore it and wonder why their WR is getting passes thrown his way deflected or dropping passes.

That's like building a QB with high throwing and no vision.

Sik,

You might have that backwards. I find that catching is much more important than getting open. Who cares if you get open if you don't catch the ball?
