There are a number of teams calling it quits, the market is flooded with decent level players right now, maybe not a lot of elite players ... most truly elite players fill their teams internally anyhow .. but some want to have 1000 PMs ..
I see a lot of other leagues out there really pounding the pavement looking for players .. Rate and Rezlov are out there a lot, Henne was out there, but it looks like he might be done.
Im out there filling depth .. and I even saw Pooper out there recruiting.
Get after it! Or dont complain when teams start beating you that didnt beat you before.

Crap? I didn't check in EE AAA but I know Krakow is folding as well. That's the team that "should" have been pro already and is gutting since it took too long (and the owner go tbored probz?)
As for teams gutting, yep I agree. Now is the time for all the midteir teams to tweak their lineups and improve...I was just going
at 37s in EEP next year.

You said Krakow should be in EE Pro already but then they have a L31 as CB4?

I dont need to have players that are L40+ to be competitive with a team with a lot of them .. the difference between a 40 and a 47 (what a L37 and Prague's top player right now would be D1 of next season) isnt that significant, probably 25% different at max, 250 vs 200 SP used+training or so .. and again as a stopgap or emergency replacement for an inactive who has been long term gone, it would be better than a L40 who has been inactive since October.

I fully agree. But heading into the offseason he should be a backup plan for teams at worst. There can be a monument differencee between those two as one will hit LVL 48 while the other wont'. +4 into a primary is significant (roughly 30-35SP at the key positions)
But I'm with Randy...EE Pro needs to keep the ones they have and bring in the higher tiered talent if it wants to return to the "glory" days where Prague won it all. Wait..what?

edit: If you want to argue for the LVL40 on that list, the 37s will boost, get that equipment bonus and the difference still isn't big.
