I'm trying to rebuild my team, and I have a couple OT's that have GOOD scouting bars and str/block stats, but just so so speed/agi.... they get their asses handed to them by pass rushing DE's.. (all of them lol)

For example, one has 57 str 82 blocking but 22 spd 37 agi....
Is STR really THAT important for an OT? DE's never have any STR. what levels should speed be? what levels should AGI be?

This is for level 24-34 players... btw

Level 24-34? I'd expect agility to be working towards 60, speed to have trained up and over 30, and strength/blocking both at 60 already. Their minors, stamina/vision/confidence should all have been trained up as well.

At mid level 20s, if they have over 30 in any of those minors, and aren't closing in on 60/60/60 in the big 3, I probably wouldn't consider them in recruiting. I'd look for somebody with something trainable left, a clear plan, and a plan that will get them somewhere worthwhile by the mid30s.

For a mid level 30 player.. as you're going up to lv34 I guess, I'd make sure they were at 60 agility, or could get there with boosts, and were darn close to capping speed as well. I'd expect 60 strength minimum, and would want to see close to 80 blocking with their equipment.

This is about as far as you can get in 3 seasons by chasing soft caps (not super slow build) in blocking (4th soft cap - currently at 74), strength (second soft cap - grew to 65 now) and agility (currently working to second soft cap). My guy got no lv. 24 gear, but a adv. piece +4 blocking, +2 Foundation SA.

Take the extra points in blocking and add them to agility, speed, vision and/or SAs and you'll see what can be done.
