I think it would come out pretty bad because the guy would force throws all the time without having the arm to do so...

I'm just thinking...we saw the kicker with 90+ confidence and 60 strength that hits 70 yarders. Wonder if confidence would have the same effect on a QB.

I have 2 pocket passing QB's on my team. Same level splitting time in the position. My own QB has 72 throwing and 50 confidence, his counterpart has 80 throwing and 40 confidence. My own QB had slightly better results all season in a tough league and ended with the better rating and completion ratio.
Im not sure what Im planning to do with him now. Might balance him out for some scrambling or I might push throwing to 80 and confidecne to 60+ and keep him as purely a passer.

Details?
Well Im not going to go into specifcs except to say this:
I decided to neglect one of the more "common" skills in order to build confidence up to I think 69/70.
I noticed an interesting effect on performance. from early on, too. However, This season seemed to change all that. was it down to changes in the impact of confidence or new WR? either way, the stats were a lot different and I decided to retire my guy.

I have seen the performance of a high confidence QB, which has since been retired. The QB was very consistent and did very well. As the opposition got better, his performance declined purely because of the key attributes needed to beat higher levelled players were too low.
In a sense, the opposition simply caught up and he suffered.
