That's crazy!Well if you want to gain muscles, first of all you're going to need calories.
If your dinner only consists of 3scrambled eggs and some vegetables then it is possible you arent getting in enough of them.
1 normal sized egg only has about 80-85kcal.
Lets for ease of calculation use 85kcal/egg, thats about 255kcal total and lets add another 45kcal for the vegetables to make it a neat 300.
if ur having 6 of those meals a day, then ur only getting in 1800kcal which is even low if ur on a cut.
My guess of about 12 of those meals a day was better on the money with about 3600kcal. Depending on how big/small you are thats a good start
