The build is very muddled without any real kind of focus. If you enjoy min-maxing your players, you might consider retiring and rebuilding. OTOH, if you're having fun with him, don't feel pressured in to retiring because it isn't the absolutely best build.

Agreed. There isn't anything that can't be salvaged. Just don't put anything into SAs until L30 or so & keep working on his core stats (SPD, AGI, VIS) while training up STA, TAK & CON in the meantime.

let it work out i dont think you should retire my lb wasnt very good at lvl 16 but now he has 42 tackles as a backup so u never know it could turn around in an instant
(lvl 21) just listen to their build advice its good

No, not a horrible build, just need to get your equipment in one spot.

What are your raw numbers for strength, speed and agility?

Get agility up to speed. I have had my best results with a 1:1 ratio.

Agreed. Suggest re-do your equipment to focus on speed.
