This is the play we ran http://goallineblitz.com/images/plays/87.gif ... my WR is at the WR2 position (right side of the screen) ... set to do a comeback route.

Here is the play in action:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=219616&pbp_id=10559783

Now, by just going off of the film, and without knowing my attributes or build specifics. What SA would you guys say fired off?
A. Route Run?
B. Quick Cut?
C. Head Fake?
D. Juke?
E. Combination of SA's
F. No SA fired off ... it's just Agility

Well fwiw, Route run works every play that the WR runs a route, adding a set bonus to his speed/agility.

Quick cut didn't happen since you were coming from a complete stop.

No Juke or Head fake happened.

Since you came to a stop on the hook, first step probably paid a small role getting up to speed again (as would speed and agility of course).

At first look it seems like you caught the catch on a hook then turned up field for a TD. After further review, you actually are already up the field past the defenders when you get the catch.

It appears after the hook, your QB pump fakes it (causing the defenders to run forward/freeze. The QB then slightly overthrows the ball (I have no idea if this is intentional or not) and you WR adjusts to the throw, catches the ball, and outruns the defenders to the endzone.

I'd guess high speed/agility and the defenders have low speed/agility/vision. No SAs, you just ran the route quickly and cleanly and the defenders kept biting on the direction changes of the route due to low vision.

Thanx guys for the analysis!!

Does anyone have a good example of the spin SA or the Juke SA in action?

Change Direction and First Step combined with the QB's pump fake. Those defenders bit hard.

First Step and Quick Cut are my guesses. I get a lot of passes like this where I turn back upfield after a curl route, and those are the only 2 SAs I've invested any kind of significant amount of points in.

i'd guess no SA's, but high vision of the WR and low vision of the DB

Wrong on the first, right on the second.

Both posts above you hit it on the head, IMO. Combo of poor vision by the corner, a great pump fake, and first step triggering for the WR.
