Here's the deal, my CB is on my team, we'll be a capped 34 team next year and he was only used very little this year so he wont be staying. He is a lvl 20 CB right now(703/100) and will be a level 21 within 2 or so games. By the time new teams are release I am thinking he'll be a lvl 21 still. If that's the case, once I sign with a Capped 21 team, I will use my last remaining boost to make him a lvl 22. So with that I do boost and use CE.
