instead of having to redo them is there a way to copy tactics from one team off to a file then upload it to a different team?

grease monkey has that. I used it recently and it works great. Once you get it you gotta save your tactics then click on the other teams icon at the bottom to transfer it over. (also make sure you save the other teams tactics as well just in case you want to go back to that one again.
