MUST NO MATTER WHAT, GET AT LEAST 50+ PLAYS

NO MATTER WHAT, STARTING POSITION

team record must be in MUST BE A GUTTED TEAM, OR 5th- 2nd

i will go in any league, i will not mind dominating.

and last. i am only looking for ONE SEASON CONTRACTS

I think you mean 9 and below which definintely means they will not get promoted. That is truly a bitch move IMO.
