All good points. 1 disadvantage HBs have though is First Step is buried as the 3rd SA in the tree, while CB has it first so easier and cheaper.

But it's "buried" behind two skills that will help your returner make cuts and dodge tacklers instead of running straight ahead.
So many teams just put a CB at returner without realizing that their elusive HB already has the ideal CB build.

This is coming from someone who created a CB with returning as a major focus (Return Specialist does jack).

The one problem though, people that are building strictly KR/PR would prefer to save the 100 FP per boost per season.
But I agree WR or HB because of their elusive SA's.

With a goood blocking, any fast player would do.
If your're building one only for Returning, then a CB. If not, HB and WR because of their SA's
