OK, i know that both are really important, but once i get it up to the 2nd or third cap, which one should i really focus on...and i also mean that as which one should equipment go on.

IMO, if you're slow building, both should end up at the 68 mark raw sooner rather than later. Then it's a decision of where you put your equipment.

Well, if you think that adding points after the 4:1 cap's reached is worth it then more power to you, but there have been a few threads that contemplate at what point certain attributes at 2:1 are worth more than others at 3:1 or 4:1, then you have SAs to figure in. So you're really asking the million dollar question.

Some people are having success with all equip in speed, others swear by agility. Some people pimp tunnel vision, others promote shed block. The common pairs that people talk about are probably agility/shed block and speed/tunnel vision. But I don't think anyone can debate the importance of vision and first step since the snap delay update.

from my trolling agility seems to be the equipment bonus of choice this season. Just look at julius dee from last year to this year and that build of cooper's a couple posts down.

Agility equipment. Both speed and agility to the 68 cap.

I really don't know how speed is better anymore. Agility is just as good at pass rushing, plus you're better in the run game with more agility. More agility=more tackles and t.f.l. with a speed guy, if you get caught, you're pretty much done.

Um...70 Agility is more than just about every OLineman on GLB. That's plenty to shed blocks. I'd put EQ into speed. If you get Agility up to the 68 cap before speed, then get Speed up to it, but then put all EQ into Speed, your Agility should be 75.625 by Lv 24, ~79 by Lv 30, and ~81 by Lv 38. Believe me when I say that no OT on GLB has 81 agility. I don't have physical proof of every OT on GLB having <81 agility, but my Lv 36 OT has ALL of his equipment into Agility, and he still only has 71 of it. Most GLB OTs have EQ in Blocking or Strength. Then, at Lv 38, when you have your 81 agility, with all EQ in Speed, you'll also have about 100 Speed.

check out my level 14 d.e. he has a lot more non sack tackles than most level 32's and he is way out leveled in the league. no speed. explain please.

He would probably have better numbers if he had more speed. Don't get me wrong, getting AGI up to the 68 cap is absolutely the best idea anybody can do for a defensive lineman on GLB. The idea is that if Agility is like getting $200,000 a year for the rest of your life, Speed is like getting $2,000,000 every 5 years of your life. While one is a great idea for immediate results, the other is much better long term.

I don't get that. I see speed build do nothing until later on in their career. I see agility builds do a lot once they start getting agility up.

For me personally I shoot for 80+ in both with equipment by level 32. Anything below 80 speed is too slow and anything below 80 agility isnt enough.

< 80 speed too slow?!? No way... I'm a big fan of the speed attribute, mostly because I like well rounded, pass rush/run stop DE. I won't say exactly what I have, but I'm not even at 70 speed...
