You know whats really crap about a team like that they start with 18 mil and a complete stadium so signing players is a hell of a lot easier. But looks like the whole team are his level 9 players so whatever floats his boat.

Maybe you can answer this as well. There is a team full of level 4 cpu players for the most part in our league (las vegas ) I thought when a team went cpu they would fill with level cpu players for the league so why wouldnt they have like level 25 or better cpu players instead of 4's. The team above are his own players so i understand that but even a team o f cpu players would get killed but a team o 4's would lose in the d leagues.

I don't remember the exact details, but Salem went slow build almost right out of the gate. I think they lost a few key players, possibly a coordinator (not sure), and decided to restart with a new crop. I haven't checked the roster in a while, but jmsne owns pretty much everyone.

I checked his roster and all of his good players he retired.

The owner most likely released all the higher level CPU's to sign much cheaper low levels, and build up the stadium, or just make payroll for the season. Have you seen the salary for some of the higher levels?
A 40 man roster of level 30's @ 150K each would run about 6 million in salary. Try doing that with an 8600 seat stadium.

When we started the rocky mountain thunder we had me and my brothers couple players and 1or 2 live guys and never put out a crap team and we had less stadium built than he has right now.We still are hurt by the stadium size we have now but able to compete from day 1 we never lost a game by 200 points and if your not recruiting why have a team ( to just sit on it until the stadium is built and hurt the league?

Hold on a second here. jsmne posted at the start of the season on the A8 boards that he lost a coordinator and a lot of key players extremely late in the free agency period. He's definitely not plotting some underhanded means of dominating in the 15. His stadium is in great shape because he bought the team in season 3 and has been building it since then. He went through a losing season or two before his team was ready to move up and I seriously doubt he's looking forward to doing it again. I don't really appreciate the tone this thread is taking for an owner that I believe is a stand up guy, so I suggest you stop speculating and send the guy a pm if you're really interested in what's going on. Otherwise, this is just backstabbing gossip that is beneath the 15 that I know.

jsmne is a good guy. No way he's doing anything screwed up. Was pretty impressive what he did with the league whipping boy in just one season and I know he'll do it again. Sad to see this kind of talk in the 15. Especially about one of our own.

I am not even concerned about jsmne I am just not impressed with the team in our conf that sat all season with level 4 comp players and as far as I can tell never signed a decent human player and lost by 200 all year. You guys are a little off about the tone. I dont like the fact a team can move back down with a complete stadium when most teams have to struggle to get the $$ to sign but if your team falls apart after you built it and are willing to put int he time and effort to build again thats great but with a complete stadium its a much easier road.

Secondly when did you get your team. How much money did you get when you had your team? Was it a new team or a sold back team? See all these go into play when building a team. You my not like what i did THIS SEASON, but then again i'm not really concerned about what you think. All i'm concerned with is build a soldback gutted team into a champion.....the hardest thing to do in this game. Especialy in an older league.

You are absolutely right. When I got my team it was full of lvl 25 cpu players.......and a cool 1 million in the bank. Enough to pay salaries for 4 maybe 5 games.

End of season 3 with 500000 and was a sold back team with a basic stadium. And look at us right now and we never wasted a entire season losing 200 to 0. We were 8/8 second season and now #2 soon to be #1 in the division. We had 3 live players when we started and and had 0 sometime season 4. Yes you can do whatever you want with your team it"s just IMO that it sucks to have so many teams that are so mismatched in the division and curious that you just sat there and got killed all year long and never signed any players. We might have got a extra 500 from support at the beginning and still have have a hard time with the size of our stadium but we did it! You are obviously just building you stadium and saving $$ and will have a better stadium when you need it but its hard to keep guys active when 3/4 of the games are total blowouts.
