Maybe he doesn't want to vote for him and look cocky? Not that this is a much better solution. Or maybe it's just for shitz and giggles, idk

Um... I believe its supposed to be owners and gms voting right? That's how it's done in most leagues I've seen. Or in most of the ones where someone actually wins. I'm just saying if you want to rep your guy, do it here so the voting can be just voting and not get cluttered up and confusing with what's a vote and what's just "check this guy out!"

Usually I don't post my guys at all. Just getting the ball rolling here.

Edit: Reread the other thread. Says Owners and GMs nominate. Does not clarify if they should nominate players from other teams only or from their own. A committee votes.

From some of the things said in the post it seems that maybe the process dissolved into chaos and didn't actually end with winners in the past?

The votes I've seen actually work out well and end with clear winners had one rep from each team voting. They could only vote for players from other teams so it wasn't just everyone voting for their guy. Usually there are a few dominant players at each position in a league, so they each get several votes. The "Look at my guy!" posts just cluttered everything up.

Point of it being, I don't care who gets nominated. There will be a committee and only the committee will be able to have their final vote tallied. So you can nominate yourself, your buddy, or your enemy. What I need is more people to volunteer to be in on the final vote.

I will be the only one who knows who is on the committee. I will tally the vote. I'm not trying to be the 'man' or anything, but I thought I would volunteer as a long time memer of the BBB12. I have been here since the begining, and most of you all know I am pretty honest about things.

So if anyone doesn't like it, you don't have to participate. It's only a voluntary thing.

Sounds good. I was just taking a shot in the dark. I had no idea what this post was about really, but it looked awfully familiar to past threads I've read where agents just brag about their players non-stop and it just gets irritating. My b, sorry.

It's good that somebody steps up and gets things started. I wasn't even actually nominating my player so much as trying to clear the nominating/voting thread of what I thought would be confusing clutter. It sort of bugs me in the other forums when people who aren't supposed to be nominating anyone, or are supposed to be nominating people from other teams just clog the vote thread with 'here's my guy!' or 'this is my team's HB!' to try to get others to vote for them. If we're going to have that, if figured somebody should make a place for it. (sort of like the rate my player forum on the main board)

Passing: 276 yards, 2 TD, 1 Int
Receiving: 157 yards, 1 TD
Rushing: 2609 yards, 49 TD

Schaeffer: 5054 yards passing
63 TD's
120+ QB rating
cough 13 picks cough I have a TD to Int ratio of 12:0 in my last 3 games though...

My SS is pretty solid.

The OC is amused at his own ineptitude, Shooter however is doing a Rivers impression.
