Anyone thinking about ever signing with them or know someone that is tell them to run -- FAST !!!!!

I was a team guy and did everything they asked and just like that they brought in a higher level at the position i was at which was HB. It gave them 2 higher then me which i understood. Hey if you can help the team its whats best for the team. BUT to just release my guy mid-season knowing its impossible to catch on somewhere else is just bush !!!!!

It would've killed them to at least had the common decency to let me finish out the season on the roster???? Or try and at least trade me (this happened BEFORE the trade deadline had passed)???

One word: TOOLS !!!!!

Here is what happened. I brought in a higher level RB and this would move his running back down to 3rd on the depth chart and we get very little playing time there. I contacted him RIGHT AFTER we signed our new RB telling him we will probably release him unless he said otherwise. So, he goes inactive for 5 days and does not reply so I released him. He went inactive AND was getting zero playing time so my decision was to release him.

By the way, it seems he has made no attempt to sign elsewhere. His player isn't even listed on the Marketplace.

Nothing much to say really, no one knows what really did or didn't go on. Every team handles business differently and players handle each situation differently. Astrosfan, you just need to get out there and try to get signed. Some teams do look for late season additions for a playoff run. It could be difficult but your going to have to get out there and pound the pavement. What's done is done.

Whitebearsox23 you're a LIAR & a TOOL !!!!! I've been actively pursuing trying to find a team. Why don't you go into players looking for a team.

Back to back posts prove you are a TOOL and just trying to make excuses !!!! Now i went inactive for 5 days. OK.

This tool makes all the excuses in the book. Why don't you tell everyone how i asked to be released BEFORE preseason games started and you told me to be patient and everything would work out. SURE IT DID !!! You kept me around until you found something better then just cut me !!!!

Don't make excuses for the lousy way you run a team !!!!!!

No offense by that time i wont be able to catch on anywhere. Don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to be a jerk its just this is what happened in my last stop and what i was looking to avoid again. Otherwise, i like the fact that everyone is chatty here and everything else is cool BUT i've been part of the 3 way monster and in my expierence just doesnt work.

You were planning on going with 3 HB's. Was in a situation like that previous to this and it didn't work out quite so well with PT. I knew there was a possibility you were gonna try and bring in a higher level but i didnt know and wish i would've known you were thingking about going with a trio.

Hey, we just signed a Level 32 HB to the Express. This would move your HB down to 3rd on the depth chart and you probably won't get too many carries there. We saw how the first two preseason games went and you got enough playing time so we kept you.

BUMPED both of my Ads in Players looking for teams and look at the "original" date on the 1st ad (there is 2 ads) and try telling me again that i've made NO attempt to sign elsewhere.

Yea, you stick to your story and see where that takes you. I have explained myself while you just yelled about the same thing. I did the right thing and contacted you but like I have said a thousand times, you went inactive and did not reply to my message. That doesn't really help me know you want to stay here and be committed. Ask anyone else on the Express how management has treated them. I have been great to all of the players and they can back me up on that.

I guess we missed the part where you aren't supposed to post the content of private messages.

Bit of a mess here, you guys should be settling this outside the forums. I realize you want others to know what happened but this isn't helping either of you. Besides our teams there aren't many who are going to see any of this.
