1. Florida 12-0. Crushed a severely overmatched Orlando squad. Have a bye week next week and then host the powerful Reapers in a epic late season showdown.

2. Rochester 11-1. Beat the slumping Alexanders to gt back on track after a tough OT loss to Florida. Have a couple easy games the next couple weeks before they finish off the season with the Reapers and Port Moody.

3. Reno 9-3. Completely destroyed the Grumpy Knights and are cruising to a strong finish hoping for losses by Yancy to move up in the playoff seeding and avoid a 2nd round meeting with Florida.

4. Yancy Street 10-2. There were reports that the Orleans cheerleader squad suited up for this game. Most mothers tell their children to not hit girls, but today the Reapers didnt' listen and beat them down.

5. Bronx 8-4. Whipped up on the late season upstarts Victoria. Bronx has solidified it's standing as the best of the teams not named Rochester, Reno, Yancy Street, or Florida. They should easily win the 5th seed, possibly the 4th if they can pull off amiracle against Reno.

6. Port Moody 8-4. Won big against Atlanta. They should cruise through their next two and then head into big games with Reno and Rochester. If they can pull off a couple upsets, a home game is not out of the question, but it will take an inspired effort by Port Moody.

7.Thundertown 8-4. They move up by virtue of a win. They have a huge game against Victoria next week. A game that could be the deciding factor on which of these teams makes the playoffs. One will get in, one will not. They are cruising for a bruising in their last 3 games.

8. Victoria Punishers 6-6. They lost by a large margin to Bronx in the game of the week and have a huge game that has serious playoff implications next week when the Brawlers visit Anfield. If they can beat Thudertown, and win their last two games assuming a loss to Reno, 9-7 should net them a playoff spot.

Still fighting:

Teikoko Alexanders 6-6. 3 straight losses in a brutal stretch of schedule for the Alexanders and next week won't be any easier as they visit the Black Flag in The Mosh Pit. This game and a later season matchup with Thundertown will decide their fate.

Shoop shoop ramma ramma ramma ding dong:

Atlanta 4-8
Orlando 3-9
Niagara 4-8
Emmaus 2-10
Grumpy Knights 1-11
Orleans 1-11
Hartford 0-12

15 wins total with these 7 teams. Atlanta is the best of these teams. But that's like saying you won a spelling bee against the Bush family.

Playoff update:

Florida, Rochester and Yancy Street have clinched playoff berths with wins this week. All will likely host a home game and advance to the 2nd round. Reno will wrap up one soon and will likely join them in hosting ahome game and advancing to the 2nd round.

Bronx and Port Moody will likely finish with 10-11 wins and hold the 5th and 6th seeds. It is not likely that either will be able to advance to the 2nd round.

Teikoku, Thundertown and Victoria are battling it out for the 7th and 8th seeds. Thundertown plays both Teikoku and Victoria in the coming weeks and has a brutal schedule. They are expected to drop their last 4 and finish 8-8 and out of the playoffs. Teikoku and Victoria could both finish with 9 wins and make the playoffs, but they absolutely MUST win their games against the Brawlers.

Game of the Week:

8-4 Thundertown Brawlers at 6-6 Victoria Punishers.

A game with a ton of playoff implications on the line as the Brawlers pay a visit to Anfield to face the Victoria Punishers. If Thundertown can win just one of its games against the other 2 teams contending for a playoff spot, they could sneak in.

Victoria must win this game as they will surely lose next week versus Reno and 8-8 does not get you into the playoffs this season.

Both teams need this win. They absolutely must have it. This game will likely decide which of them makes it, and which does not.

Prediction: A late season roster overhaul has left the Thundertown team virtually strangers in the locker room. Victoria has fought hard to be playing a game like this so late in the season. They have their backs against the wall. This is a must win game for them. And they will win it.

Victoria 34 Thundertown 24

Another brilliant job on the rankings they really add to conference play. Really hopin we get past Thundertown talent is about the same but they have no chem hopefully we gameplan well enough we can win this and clinch a spot. never been so pumped about gettin sacrificed in the first round to either Florida or Rochester.

Victoria, do your scouting and this should be an easy win. I'm putting both Rochester and Florida on notice that I'm doing everything in my power to look for an upset!! The next couple of games should be bye week material and then shooting for the moon!!

I think they made a change so road teams can charge 1/2 price tickets for people to go watch the game on the big screen in their stadium. Can't jack up prices like hosting a playoff game but at least it's something.

Yeah you automaticall sell your stadium out at 1/2 expected price. You don't have to set the price, it just happens automatically. (At least it did last season) No concessions though, but still not bad.

the best part is that if you advance to the championship game you lose to the West no matter what.
