This is my first crack at building a defensive player and I hope I haven't already screwed him up. Any advice on how to make him a dominant pass rusher?

Also, I have a piece of advanced equipment that after the first upgrade is +1 speed, +4% shed block and +4% force fumble.

do not go for that % stuff. Try and get first step or closing speed. Get your vision up next.

make sure to soft cap speed and agility before you do anything, then train up vision, don't put points in it until you can cap it. that piece of eq is good enough for storage...personally i'd not worry too much about finding something better although i'd look a little.

By "storage", do you mean just putting bonus tokens in there until I find a better piece later on, then selling my current piece to immediately upgrade my new one?
