hmmmm....that way looks like it might work with a few tweeks. Let me look into how other leagues have done it to see if there might be a better way.

I have the Pro bowl Grease Monkey Script, it has all of the stats and I can basically sit down and use the stats and put together both Eastern and Western Conf. Teams towards the end of the year. Bad part is, this is just going by the stats but that is probably what everyone is going to look at anyway when they are not aloud to pick players on their own team. It's probably better if you pick the teams, and maybe seek feedback from a couple of other owners. I've seen voting approaches on GLB and, sadly, they don't usually get a very good turnout.
