Havent had any lucking finding Closing Speed/Blitz/Tunnel Vision for him so do you think I should just buy it??

Only if you are in man coverage against the TE consistantly and lack the speed to cover them some times. Its helps in man to man coverage. SV and closing speed are much better.

I have tunnel vision for my LB but no other bonuses; I would hold off on shutdown coverage, wait for the ones you've listed, unless you're having a terrible time covering the TE.
