Is it worth it along with +1 Big Sack? It's 2% break block, which I know is a different way of saying "+1 Shed Block". My build is open because the team I'm on is having a firesale.

Would it help on my DE?

Should I wait for a 2% Break Block + TV or + Shed Block (making it an overly effective block shedding piece) or + First Step?

I would definitely pick it up. You don't get many chances at a piece of equipment that is that far right on your tree that includes another characteristic that is helpful. Don't wait. The chances of you finding something better are slim, unless you shop every day which would be a waste.

If you do shop once in a while and find something better you can always sell what you have and get back all of the bonus points you spent.
