1. Florida 10-0. They rolled over a talented Alexanders squad and have a huge matchup this week against undefeated Rochester. If they can defeat Rochester and the Reapers, a 16-0 season is virtually guaranteed.

2. Rochester 10-0. Pounded a overmatched Niagara squad and are facing off in the battle of the unbeatens this week as they host Florida. Still have tough games against the Alexanders and Reapers on the schedule.

3. Reno 7-3. They defeated the Reapers in impressive fashion in this weeks game of the week in what was a must win game for the Knights. They can sleepwalk through the rest of their schedule and should hit the playoffs running at 13-3.

4. Yancy Street 8-2. Lost badly to Reno in what was the Reaper's first true test out of the east. They'll need to bounce back in coming weeks against Rochester and Florida to keep pace and compete for a high playoff seed. They should be 11-2 heading into back to back games against those squads.

5. Bronx Black Flag 6-4. They destroyed the Grumpy Knights this week and have a cakewalk next week. They've got some big games coming up against Teikoku, Thundertown, and Reno that will go a long way to determine where they end up heading into the playoffs.

6. Teikoku 6-4. They were crushed by a superior Florida squad ending their winning streak, showing the gap between the elite teams and the second tier. They have tough games coming up against Rochester, Thundertown and Bronx, but are poised for a playoff appearance.

7. Port Moody 7-3. They bounced back by crushing Thundertown, and their brutalend of seson schedule begins this week against the surging Knights. They should head into the playoffs at 10-6 after losing to Reno, Rochester, and Florida and winning the rest.

8. Thundertown 6-4. They have lost two in a row and are getting close to losing their playoff spot. They have a tough final 4 games, 3 of them against playoff teams and the other against Victoria. The game against Victoria could decide who earns the final spot as the Punishers are making a run at the 8th seed.

Could still get in:

Victoria 5-5. They have won 2 in a row and are making a move for the 8th seed. Their next 3 games against teams that are all 1 game ahead of them and hold the 6,7, and 8th seeds will determine their fate.

Atlanta 4-6. The Dogs of War have been resilient and refuse to fade into the night after winning 2 in a row. They are only 2 games outand could make a move with a light schedule after this weeks matchup with Yancy.

Pull the plug! Pull the plug!:

Orlando 3-7
Niagara 2-8
Emmaus 2-8
Grumpy Knights 1-9
Orleans 0-10
Hartford 0-10

Detroit Lionesque performances by these teams this season.

Game of the Week:
10-0 Florida Beachdogz at 10-0 Rochester Dragons

A titanic clash of the 2 remaining unbeaten teams in the conference in a game that could decide who secures homefield advantage throughout the playoffs as Florida charges into The Dragon's Den. Quite possibly the matchup of the year. Both teams have been playing at a high level and have no doubt had this matchup circled on their calendars for some time.

Prediction: Florida has owned Rochester the last 2 seasons, winning by 19 and 17 points in the two games they have played. Floirda has crushed every opponent they have faced, and they will continue to roll. Florida 35 Rochester 23

Ouch! I have big plans for Reno, who will get a much better game then they expect! I hope to be 11-5 before the end of the season!

that game should have never been so close your players have much more talent, but unfortunately you have the gameplan of a 4 year old everyone can see you run to the right like 60% of the plays we didnt do the best job stoppin it but it made everythin a lot easier. playoffs here we come!

I really cant wait to play Rochester and Florida again. With our revamped playbook and a few new players it should be much closer.

GG Reno...I like to think that we won a moral victory in keeping you under 50 points...but I would be kidding myself. I tried to get all fancy with my game planning and paid for it! I look forward to challenging for an upset win in the playoffs!
