He occasionally gets a couple tackles or hurries, but to my knowledge has never had a sack. Is this build good, terrible, able to be salvaged, horrendous, awesome, or just plain mediocre?

I have no problem with special abilities. Here is my three main attributes for my DT
79.31

Speed: 46.88
Tackling: 48.8
Agility: 62.31

Last season he lead the League in Sacks by a DT then Bort nerfed and he does nothing now. Got a real problem with Bort for this. It is one thing to Nerf and another to fix something so the player will be all but worthless. My opinion is do build DT till They figure out what they are doing it is a waste of money right now. I am raising my agility way up to try and get some results. I am also going to raise my speed. He has a lot of hurries just does not get there. Not sure why a DT should have to have 4.3 speed to get a sack but whatever it's Borts rules. MY DT is level 31 he has 20 SAs. So relax that will be fine just don't go over board. Ps train Jumping. My guy is up around 20s and is starting to swat passes.

P.S. you can never use this advise against one of my teams! LOL

I just hit 89 agility today with my DT. Against cupcakes he's been getting 15ish hurries but tonight he had 4 sacks. I know it's cupcake teams but I think it shows what the big difference was in my build.

I also vouch for jumping. It also increases the radius of tackling which means you can record a sack when further away from the QB.

My guy is LVL 25

Speed: 49
Tackling: 38 (only 2 missed tackles all season including scrimmages)
Agility: 89

I think it has more to do with competition than a nerf. I have a level 36 DT that has gone from 20 sacks and 70 hurries last season to 4 sacks and 23 hurries this season. However, the difference is at least 80% competition. I also have a lvl 28 DT that had 5 sacks and 27 hurries last season that already has 3 sacks and 27 hurries this season with 3 of the worst 4 teams in the conference left to go.

Lvl 28
Strength: 79.05
Speed: 51.89
Tackling: 55.05
Agility: 78.05
