DEFINITELY fixable, his speed is GREAT.

Get his Agility up to AT LEAST 70. You'll start seeing production. Especially with the points you've invest in First Step.

Any particular SAs or just hit all of 'em? Ignore First Step for a while?

Change Direction and Tunnel Vision, but first, you should get your Agility up to the 4 for 1 cap around 68. Then Softcap Vision, then worry about SAs.

I'm assuming you're saying get the Shed Block SA up to 7, but I'm not following the "w/ equip" part. Is there a way to use equipment for the SA tree besides the custom equipment?

By 7 w/ equip, what is meant that if you raise your shed block to a natural 6, it will be 7 because you have a +1 Pass Rush CE boost. Hence, 7 w/ equip.
