Increase shutdown corner, change of direction and first step, and speed. We both have a very similar build for our CB. Right now mine just leveled up to a 38 but the only difference i can see comparing the builds is the special abilities I have stated above and that my speed is a little higher which is 80. You can look at my stats to see how effective he is.
