Recently I've noticed my hb has started liking to run out of bounds more than I'd like. First off is this something that's been around awhile and I just didn't noticed or was it added recently? Also what can be done to make him stop. First few are in combo last in elusive.

Some of them make sense, some I just don't understand why he runs for the sidelines.

thats weird, it looks like hes scared of the opposing players lol.

I actually think my HB has not once ran out of bounds all season... not sure why youre having this problem.

elusive running.

Elusive running with bad vision.

As initially stated, first few were while running combo, just recently switched to elusive. Also, my vision is in the 40's and about to be softcapped so not sure what's considered good/bad vision.

I am pretty sure they made a change to how Confidence works this season.

I have been running out of bounds more this season and am starting to nottice that I do it less the more I raise my Confidence now.

yeah my back just started doing it today for the first time. I was a little confused also. so more vision should fix the problem

I think we're firguring out that if you run on elusive with less than 50 vision you do crazy things. And confidence seems to matter now. If you're not confident you can survive a hit, you won't try it (maybe?)

My HB does that too and he has 51 vision and 36 confidence. So Im not sure what to do. He mainly does it on passing plays.

I would be near willing to bet that it has to do with Confidence.

NO - it doesn't have to do with confidence.

Confidence does NOT control any of your RBs movement on the field, it only affects his In-Game Morale.

In-Game Morale does not affect a players ability to hit a hole, or make a cut. It doesn't have anything to do with anything like that.

This is how ridiculous rumors start, with people spreading blatantly false information.

Confidence does help with the ladies however.

It has been said that confidence deals with your morale, how much you lose during the game when you mess up expressed as a reduction in stats similar to energy. Reduced stats means less Agility, Speed, Vision, Strength...

And yes, Confidence is worth training up especially if you carry a lot. All those big hits/growls ect add up after a while.

Wow, is Bukowski the only one with any sense here?

LarryB, you're saying Bukowski doesn't know what confidence does, but how exactly do you know that it affects all of those things, has Bort shared anything with you?

Back to the topic, there are no attributes that affect HBs running out of bounds. Just think about it logically, repeatedly in every game in the NFL you see players run out of bounds if they're about to get hit.
