Looking for slow-build team. I have 21 + 15 unspent attribute points. I am unboosted and will purchase custom equipment when I reach level 24. All i'm looking for is an interesting and lively team that wants to build for the future. I do require Level 16 equipment money and a 1 year contract, but if I like the team, will re-sign long-term.
