uuummm if you boost right away to lvl. 4 then spend the 30 attributes like this, speed to 25 or so, agility to 15-17, and make sure you get your QBs starting stats with 16 throwing, after you set your stats make sure you spend remaining sp on vision cus it helps on both passing and running...

Slow build him thats all there's to do. Pick some stats, think of where you want them. Get them there then work on other skills. Thats what i did, i wont tell you the scheme i used, it's up to you to decide how high you want each skills to be.

IMO, Work on throwing, vision, strength, confidence first, then speed and agility. Make sure he can throw before he can run. A QBs primary role is to pass, so I personally feel that developing a scrambler shouldnt really start until youve built the fundamentals that will allow him to serve his actual purpose. Alot of people will build a scrambler by throwing all of their points into speed and agility off the bat, and they end up with a bootleg running back with subpar throwing ability trying to pass the ball. Sort of like someone trying to build a receiving threat running back by putting a bunch of points into catching/jumping early on, only to end up with a mediocre rusher with mediocre catching ability.
Again, its just my opinion, but I'd stick to the intended purpose of the position, and then build complimentary abilities from there. If you are looking for a QB that is going to throw the ball accurately and also pose a threat on his feet, Id start training speed/agility now, but avoid putting any skill points into them until youve at least softcapped throwing and vision, and probably even wait until you have strength/confidence at a desirable level.

I would agree with this if you dont like to have poor stats for about 3-4 seasons. You can slowly bring them both up together and have to put up with some bad passes or you can focus throwing 1st and then bring up the run.
I went the run 1st myself and played a backup role for the 1st season and put up with poor stats the next so i say each to their own, as thats what i love about this game.... no one is right about anyone but their own build

Get speed to 47 ASAP, then throwing to 30. At that point, determine the type of QB you want and continue to boost those 2 plus strength/vision and confidence. IMO, agility isn't all that useful. You will rely on pure speed to catch the corners on runs and I'd rather put points in strength to break tackles (as it helps passing).
