remember the Drill bit taylor, and Cloudwalker having his entire team of Washed up rock stars, and the Eleven Wise Monkeys....for the longest time I thought they were called the Elven Wise Monkeys....which is funnier to me

I remember the Drill Bit Taylor thing, but I was unimpressed with DT and I always want to read it as "Evil Wise Monkeys."

Hans Hammer

Please feel free to circulate this . . .

The first thing you're probably thinking is, "OMG NO CAPS?!". Unfortunately, the Hans Hammer as we know him is dead. I had a lot of fun, but with the way things are currently set up on Goal Line Blitz, there's no way I could continue on without having my account permanently banned. This isn't a result of me typing only in caps. Instead, it's a matter of my posts either blatantly breaking the rules (which I hadn't done for a while, but that's an entirely different discussion) or being terribly misunderstood, which had recently been happening more and more and would have ultimately ended in me being permabanned again. At some point in my experience on GLB, I was labeled as a rebellious outlaw, so to speak. To an extent, this was deserved, and in my opinion, it resulted in clouding the authorities' ability to read my posts in an objective manner, which caused me to be unfairly banned in some instances (although in other instances, the bans were perfectly just).

Many of you believe the administrators and moderators did the wrong thing in banning me. The truth is, with all the things I have done, I deserved some form of penalty. The real question is how severe the penalty should have been.

I have seen people repeatedly post racist, sexist, antisemitic, prejudiced, etc. messages and images that resulted in short-term bans, warnings, and/or no consequence at all. Meanwhile, I received a permanent ban for what many people, myself included, would call lesser offenses. If we are going to look at these examples as ways of setting the bar, then I shouldn't have received a ban. Obviously, going by the 'two wrongs don't make a right' way of things, this is not the best way of handling the situation. This doesn't necessarily mean that the moderators are doing a bad job (not that I'm claiming they're doing a stellar job either). They all have a lot to moderate, and I don't think it's fair to expect them to catch every wrong-doing in the forums. But like everything else in the world, I think they have room for improvement.

There are many things that can be done to improve the forums of Goal Line Blitz, and I hope they happen as soon as possible. For example, if those with authority had communicated more and been more open-minded, they would have realized that I hadn't posted anything with bad intentions for quite some time, and I never would have been permabanned.

Unfortunately, that's not how things unfolded. Instead, the Hans Hammer era must come to an end because I would like to continue to be a part of Goal Line Blitz, for better or for worse. This is my goodbye as Hans Hammer.

First, to all my supporters, particularly those who are a part of Bangar, I just want to thank you for all your support. It was really awesome to see, and it totally made everything I did worth it. I'm really sorry that I have let you down by ending this whole Hans Hammer thing. I ask that you please not look for a similar posting style from me in the future because you will only be more disappointed. I hate to say it, but Hans Hammer is forever dead. You signed up to play with Hans Hammer, so if you want to leave the PEACEING PUNISHINGMENTS, I understand.

For those of you against me, you probably misunderstood a lot of what I did and said. I have already read some claims about me and my posts that were, simply said, downright wrong. Some of the claims that were made against me are not at all factually based, and I am disappointed by your hypocrisy. The point of my posting wasn't always to spam, annoy, and/or cause chaos, despite what some of you claimed/believed. A few individual posts served this purpose, but all in all, the overwhelming majority of my posts were with a positive, non-harmful, fun attitude.

For those of you who say the act got old or that it was never funny, please point me to all the hilarious posts you've made. One day, I might have a spare 20 seconds to look over both of them.

For those of you from FFA who don't belong in the above categories . . .

IB4TL;DR
