right now im working on getting carrying to around 30 and capping vision. after this should i get str to cap or around there, or go for 2nd capping speed and agility? or just train str to cap?

I would train strength for awhile and just spend my points in speed and agility. You aren't fumbling too much, are you? If you are, you might want to work on strength first, but if you're doing fine, speed and agility are always good to have.

Very good elusive build for level 20. Ignore strength almost completely. Bring that carrying up 35 if you notice fumbling issues yet (intense train with strength if you'd feel better). No more stamina. Get that agility up to the next cap. But like I said, very good build. Once you've gotten Agility/Speed up to the 3-1 start training Speed/Agility intense and don't put SP in it anymore. Use the SP to flesh out your dude and get you SAs.

Not as important early on, especially for elusive. Maybe around 25-28?

train on intense confidence and carrying to get your carrying up. You can actually swap back and forth from confidence and strength to go along with carrying. Use your skill points for speed and agility.
