Or, select run left on either the basic offensive AI, or for the specific play in the advanced AI.

When you increase the Run Left %, does that call more plays that run left, or does it flip some of the Run Right plays to the left?

There's no play flipping. If you're just using the basic AI, it'll pull out a random run designed to go left.
