I've never done this before, and don't know what to do, I have not spent any SP's.

Save your SP's while training your primary attribute, then once you have enough SP's to softcap that attribute, spend them then move on to the next attribute.

Strength should never be used in the same sentence as Linebacker. See what I just did there? Felt like a sin.

why would you? If the goal is not to build a very good linebacker, it doesn't really matter how you do it.

Ok, well I was trying to build a Strength MLB that makes people fumble alot, I guess he'll just have High Agility/Vision

You can't rely on something as random as forcing fumbles. You could have 50 STR and Tackling set to Power Tackling with 10 in Big Hit, Monster Hit, and Big Sack, and you'd still force just as many fumbles in a a season as a 15 STR/TAK CB set to Wrap Up.

Speed will force more fumbles than high strength. The speed of impact and momentum is considered when forcing a fumble.

When RBs avoid the heck out of you because you're ponderously slow, you can't cause as many fumbles as you may think.
