Stiff arm is great. I noticed it triggering immediately after putting points into. I don't feel the need to start a stiff-arm thread as there is already one on here. There is also a "post your best stiff-arm" thread. Probably 2 pages back at most. Bump them if you want. I posted the replays of my player using it and many others have as well.
