After our horrible 0-3 start, we are looking to turn it around next game, as i the official OC, have made a lot of different fixes with the offense for Paris, by the end of next week we should look a hell of a lot better.

Yeah well, our roster is very thin and we have no luck recruiting anything. Then many new teams with a winning history (=have a lot of money) arrives in WEPL which makes it even harder... That has lead to people getting sick of losing and even some GMs are losing interest in GLB.

Paris Musketeers are going through a very tough time now, but me (DC) and Gronert (OC) are doing everything we can to turn this franchise around. I truely hope we will stay here for the rest of season 6, but after that I seriously don't know what will happen

PS. Don't begin recruiting our guys now - I just might have to kill you then

Seriously, everyone has tough seasons. Keep your guys happy (not always easy) and focus in on ASPECTS of the game. Tighten up your passing game first, or make it a point to find and acquire a top-name TE. Fix your D Line or get real depth at CB. give your team something they can look at and say 'awesome; we can build from there'.

Point of order; the Scorgasms every other year have major issues and look frankly, bad. But we always bounce back, and no one ever thinks they have a gimmie against us. We've had 3 owners (all in house) and only 1 playoff win over 5 seasons (more than the Cowboys BURN!!!) yet we have respect. We worked very hard to lock down our defense and get good people on our team. Very very hard. Our offensive line was also chief to work on. Even when we were bad, we could look at the numbers and say 'we won't be bad for long'. Now we locked in helliun at QB, MadMike's TE came over who is a beast, and our WR corps just gelled, so we're scoring a lot a game.

It just takes time. Find something you have pride in, and rally your team around that. You guys went from joke to our team to threat VERY quickly; you have nothing to be ashamed of.

That's excellent but I was wondering if it's end of this week or next week? I'd hate to see any opponent improve drastically just before we play them!

id say the key to making everyone perform is having very good builds on the offensive and defensive line. you cant have anyone with average builds in any of those positions and expect to win games. every single one of those guys needs to be very well built.
