Move all equipment to speed and get it to 48 base.
then get agility to 48 base.
Then get speed to 60 base while training stamina to 35.
Then you're in good shape.
Feel free to raise vision or jumping, but don't raise catching again for a long time.
Don't put another point into SAs until you're level 25 at least.

Follow their advice on equipment since you still have time (translation...it gets so expensive at the level 24 and 32 marks that its doubtful you will be able to make further changes so focus on this asap. Most if not all to speed....if you must allocate to another skill, only do it to one other skill no more.
No more SA's until mid 20's if that....
Decide as early as possible if you are going to build possession or speedy dude. Again, once you are into the 20's you dont want to be changing your mind about the direction you take.

also get vision base to 48 so that after your WR catches the ball he doesnt stand there unable to think of a way to get past the secondary. Vision basically activates all ATTs and boosts reaction time if you ask me
