Have a Level 4 CB right now.D league.
Is there any reason for me to use my equipment or should I wait.If I wait,what level should I consider using it?
When I use the Equipment,is speed the norm being a CB?

Buy your equipment, then every 8 levels you can upgrade it. And yes, put all of your equipment on speed.
