Game #1 : Thundertown Brawlers
A team with an overall rating of 42. We were fortunate enough to hold this team to under 100 points. My defense were just getting clobbered left and right (an incredible number of pancakes by Brawlers' O-line).

Result: Loss (10 - 83)

Game #2: L.A. Looters
A team with an overall rating of 48. We were trashed again but we were able to get at least one FG.

Result: Loss (3 - 168)

Game #3: Nic Cage 4-Ever<3
A team with an overall rating of 42. We got beaten black and blue again but we were moving the ball a little better this time. Again got another FG.

Result: Loss (3 - 110)

Game #4: San Antonio Heat
A team with an overall rating of 51 (this team could be on USA A#4 league). Again we got our trashed and we did not even post a score! But on the bright side, we could have scored 6 points with field goal attempts at 41.5 and 50 yards. Unfortunately my kicker who was trembling all over missed those two field goal attempts.

Result: Loss (0 - 119)

I absolutely love your spirit..... Don't give up man.
We were absolutely getting trashed when we were rebuilding but the core nucleus of guys stayed true to the course and we're now starting to win a few games and enjoy things abit. We're not there yet but we're working on it. You'll be there too. If you keep this positive spirit you'll attract guys who'll want join you in the fight. Hang in there.

Thanks Matty! I'm just truly impressed with my agents' players, we played our guts and hearts out against really impossible odds and even with those loses we still can stand tall!

I've been getting my guys scrimmages against other strong teams just to see where we stand and how my players play on defense and offense. And all I can say is that I'm impressed on how their players are built. Offensively we're slow but the receivers run their routes, the halfbacks run thru those small creases and also helps on pass plays via blocking, the full backs and tight ends helps out also on pass plays and run their slot routes. While on defense, except for some really nice pass plays the other teams my guys are covering their designated assignments or guy. And the D-line are blitzing and getting deflections and hurries and sometimes a sack here and there.

Just give us time and we'll be making some (or big) noise in this league!

I will add that it's nice to finally have someone actually trying. You guys were the Replacements and i remember posting that someone needed to take over that team that gave a crap. Nice job and keep it up.

Keep up the hope alive JD. I remember it taking the Heat a couple seasons to get their groove. It takes time taking over a team and trying to rebuild it. Good job so far.

You seem to be going about it the right way. I think you need to develop players from within to shore up the key positions. The hardest to fill with free agents seem to be CB/WR.

I developed a level 1 Guard last season and within 21 games he is level 19 (soon to be 20). He seems to level up every 1.5 games. He has levelled up 13 levels in 21 games and I've boosted him 6 levels on top of that.

I guess what I'm saying is that all of the guys you have developed will soon grow into starters.

keep plugging away but more importantly have fun..... it's just a game

Yup, I'm having fun at this game. And I agree that my guys once developed will be starters.

Game #5: Fredericksburg Cavaliers
We got ass whopped again on this one but this time we really got manhandled.
We did get close but unfortunately my offense AI still needed a little more tweaking.
Instead of going for the field goals we tried going at it on fourth down and short.

Result: Loss (0 - 80)

Game #6: South Texas Rattlesnakes
Even though we got blown away by South Texas, my team finally got its first taste of the end zone! We could've managed a couple more points but to no avail my kicker couldn't get it done.

Result: Loss (7 - 142)

Game #8: Council Crest Bluemastiffs
Looks like we improved a bit on this game. Team got its second touch down of the season. My team moved the ball better on the air this time around.

Result: Loss (7 - 68)

Game #9: Minnesota Eagles
Got another touchdown and almost scored in double digits if not for a missed field goal. Defense is improving slowly.

Result: Loss (7 - 85)
