Will be a Free Agent at the end of this season when I will boost to level 37 at the beginning of next season and just testing the waters of what kind of offers I would receive in free agency. Im not the starting TE Im the backup TE.

Im NOT the starting TE im the backup TE.

If I was the starter or even close to the stater level where I could boost past him next season we would no be having this discussion.

and again im NOT A STARTER he has me in as one until gameday and swaps me out. And its a great team to play for and I would recommend anybody to play for them. I am just looking to get on a competive team where I could get alot more playing time.

Not every player can be a starter. Some players have to be back-ups for a team to win a Championship. Now, if you're the back-up and your team sucked that's a different story. As long as you are contributing, and start some games as you have stated, then what is wrong with being on a winning team where you contribute to it's success?

This is the type of Agent Owners love and want. This is a PM from one of my CB's Agents after our close 1 point loss yesterday.


"We win that game easily if it is not for the matchup between ############ and the WR he WASN'T covering. I am not sure if that was a result of lack of speed or that guy's build is just stellar, but feel free to make a change if you need to."

Make a change? This guy's player has 2 INT's, 6 Passes Defensed and 6 Punt Returns for TD's in just 3 games, and he's sending me a PM telling me he'll understand if I make a change. No way in hell would I make a change, but that's the attitude of this Agent, that whatever is best for the team and winning, is good with him. That's a top notch Agent right there, and one I hope to keep around a very, very long time.

It's not all about your player, football is a TEAM game.

After speaking with Kooley privately, I misjudged this thread, his attitude and intentions.

I am the owner of the Toulouse Aviators, this is the team where kooleys TE is playing.
His TE is playing since the 1st season in our team and kooley is a fantastic example for a loyal agent. Our team had a real good progression in the last 4 seasons, that means for every player that the competition inside the team gets harder and harder. One and a half season ago his TE were loosing his starting position. It was a hard decision for me to set back a loyal player on depth chart. But it is my responsibility to the whole team to find ways to make the team better and I hired a higher leveled TE who was asking me if he can play for us. I have noticed that kooley wasn't happy about that and this is ok, because it is a healthy sign of his ambition. But he didn't start to bitch around, after a few days he said he wants to stay and get into that competition. He had a lot of patience. It is absolutely understandable that he is looking for an alternative. His contract ends this season, of course he is thinking about options. No need to think his intentions are bad.
