Well I fumbled my last game. What is a good carry to keep the fumbles to a min? At 37 carry right now

You make me feel better about my little newbie FB...lol ( I've noticed a few fumbles and was thinking I needed to increase my carrying) but heck, if players with softcapped carrying are STILL fumbling...?!? I am wondering if I need to stop worrying about carrying at ALL (if it's that bad).

Soft cap carrying, 85 strength and 3 cover up. I fumbled once this season on 27 carries and 3 receptions. There's nothing you can do to make you immune to fumbling (aside from never carrying the ball). You do need carrying and cover up however... because they help off-set the skills of the defense that increase your chance to fumble.
P.S. If a defender has a clear lane and is running full speed at you before the hit... you're probably going to fumble. Speed of the collision increases the fumble probability from what I've read.

I noticed this too! The head-on at full speed collisions seem to really make for a good % chance of a fumble. All the more reason to pay attention to S.T. blocking and positions. If those guys miss blocks and a couple people get through to smack me as I am returning the ball it really sucks... LoL
