And how do I get my LBs to line up outside like that? And right up on the line?

4-2-5 Cover 1 weak shift MLB blitz

The LOLB is lined up close to cover the TE while the MLB is in a weak side shift and blitzes. Since it is Cover 1 the SS also covers the TE.
