Would like to see ppls results with the new OT pathing and how that is affecting us.

2tlks 1 sack 1 hurry. Average I guess.

I have three great DEs, one with 56 sacks last season, one with 22 sacks and one with 8 (the one with 8 sacks played in a league that way out-levels him).

Played a game today with the new team I'm on, and only registered 3 hurries and 1 sack between them.

I had a very large amount of could-be-sacks. The team I am on right now currently has a largely CPU secondary, so I think that's the reason. I think once those players are signed, many of those will turn to sacks.

I'm not sure if this is helpful for anyone one way or the other, but I was able to get a lot of pressure with my three DEs, just wasn't able to finish any of them.

Not good at all. We won 241-0 and the only tackle I got was on a running play, it was a safety tho...

u blew up a CPU team, had over 100 plays... and didnt get any sacks @_@

Sacky McSacktown on the same team on the other hand, got the statline u wish u had... looked at a few plays and looks like he beat u to the tackles/sacks before u did LOL

whats his build like? is he faster than u?

Less speed, less agility, more strength.

AnTiNiNjA, which DE has higher vision, and is it a significant difference?

DE on my team has 4 sacks and a hurry in our scrimmage. DE's seem to be the same from what I observed.

That DE had all of 8 whole sacks last season.

that's not helpful information either way tbh...

No sacks for my DE, but he went up against a solid OT. My EE AAA team's game featured zero sacks from DEs, but an absurd 9 from LBs (O-line did not block LB blitzes at all).

Thanks for the responses so far guys, I've taken a look at some plays from your DEs, really helpful to me so far to get a picture of whats going on, and how to continue to build my lvl18 DE with 15skill points to spend

I've noticed some early complains that run plays LB/CB blitzes just walk right past the OLine, but pass plays are very successful vs. speed DEs so far. I wonder if there is a difference with how OLine is picking up their targets with blitzes, and maybe 3-4 formations yield different results?

Vision is low on both, and there is only about a point of difference.

My DE got 2 hurries and 2 sacks and my DT got 12 hurries and 0 sacks. Against a pretty crappy team though but the G and LT was still similar leveled to my guys.

EDIT: Nvm I just realized they were CPUs.

Yea my DE got four sacks, but he was playing against the back up guard for all four of his sacks. I've been waiting for Mike D's scrim games to see if he does good.

4 huries and 1 sack for my balanced DE against last season's 3rd seeds. not too shabby - unlike the neutered speedsters
