Lvl 1 Kicker, looking to sign with a Developemental team, but all have kickers already. Do you still get playing time if there is another player at your position? or should I keep looking for teams without a kicker.

You should probably find a slow build team in one of the Western Europe BBB leagues.
If you can't find a team, then sign for the D Leagues...a team can always pick you up midseason.

Keep rejecting contracts til you get one that needs a kicker.

Yeah, good luck. I found one last season and some jerk signed his level 4 kicker, played all year and then retired him. I ended up with 3 FG attempts and 3 XP and level 4. Luckily I found a team that would take me. They are out there. Go to the teams looking for players page find low level teams without kickers and PM the owners. You have to spend some time doing it but you'll likely find a bite eventually.
