I was curious if anyone's actually noticed it firing off after a certain point was reached... Wondering if shopping for something else might be more realistic. (like head fake )

I would guess yes, but again that is just a guess as I don't point agility or have juke. I would guess high levels of agility is soft cap and higher levels of agility is 2nd softcap.
