1. 1 year, Day 40 deals.
2. No-trade clauses.
3. Salary's not a big issue, just give me enough to comfortable train on intense.
4. $10K bonus, to help pay for unfinished Level 8 upgrades.
5. Ability to pay for Level 16 upgrades.
6. Being a backup is fine in the right situation, as long as they get adequate PT.
