There's been a lot of discussion on the DE forum regarding it. A lot of people having more success with combo.
I use elusive, but didn't have raging success this year. My guys were also in their first year and we didn't use a lot of the weakside blitz exploits.

Maybe the people discussing it just had crappy builds.
I use evasive and logged 55 sacks; if that's bugged, don't fix it!
