On say 4'th down do you put 0 yds or .5 yds for the minimum distance?

In order to cover the .5 yardages in every situation, you MUST overlap your inputs.
Example Inputs:
2nd & 15 to 99.....Actual Distance: 15 to 99
2nd & 7 to 15......Actual Distance: 7 to 14.5
2nd & 3 to 7.......Actual Distance: 3 to 6.5
2nd & 1 to 3.......Actual Distance: 1 to 2.5
2nd & 0 to 1.......Actual Distance: INCHES to 0.5
Remember the input that's higher on the list will take precedence.
Example Inputs:

2nd & 7 to 15......Actual Distance: 7 to 14.5
2nd & 3 to 7.......Actual Distance: 3 to 6.5
2nd & 1 to 3.......Actual Distance: 1 to 2.5
