I was wondering if I should raise the vision on my LOLB to 60. Does anyone think vision at the second cap is worthwhile, or a waste of SP

He is level 10, vision is at 52, speed 49 raw, agility 22 other stats are below 20 will have 40 SP saved up when I boost (26 will be used to cap agility)
He is a slow build which is why all the other stats are still low
