training catching will possibly turn some of those PDs into picks.

Just saying that catching could turn some of those PDs into picks. My LB is still a baby so I can't really give you any stellar advice. Sorry

strength will boost your power to force fumbles.. catching might turn some PD to INT, true, but you'd have to improve a lot.. i would lose any sleep over not getting INTs..

i would focus on strength and agility while keeping an eye on my speed, if you wanna FF more..
Speed for a LB is key, keeping agility in line is 2nd..

i heard that for INT, jumping is the best way to go for a defender.

train jumping/catching.
would also get stamina up. 29 is very low for lv25. you are dead tired late in the game, so much tougher to make a big play then.

second cap agility, and speed if that's all equipment. then cap strength. then worry about catching.

Jumping.

Gives you higher chance to PD/intercept and also helps the all powerful diving tackles.

Totally underrated for LBs...and for cornerbacks too...
